At Trendline AG - interior design concepts, we plan and realise high-quality interiors, conversions, and individual living concepts. For the realisation of our projects, we are looking for a personality who understands craftsmanship, keeps an overview, and has an eye for detail.

YOUR TASKS

• Construction and project management of our high-quality interior fit-out and conversion projects in the private sector

• Obtaining, checking, and comparing quotes

• Cost control as well as monitoring of budget and additional charges

• Scheduling and coordination of the involved craftsmen and contractors

• Regular site inspections regarding quality, execution, and details

• Organisation of inspections and consistent handling of open points

• Interface between client, planning, suppliers, and contractors

• Early identification of challenges and finding pragmatic solutions

WHAT YOU BRING

• Ideally a basic training as a carpenter, draughtsperson, or a comparable craft-technical education

• Further training as a construction manager

• Several years of experience in interior fit-out, conversion, or in construction/project management

• Independent, structured, and reliable way of working

• Confident appearance on site and professional communication with clients and contractors

• Flair for design, materials, and details

A shadow gap that is not right. A light fitting that is incorrectly positioned. Two materials that do not meet cleanly.
