About the job
For an established, successful family business with around 100 employees, we are looking for an experienced HR professional who combines operational responsibility with advisory competence.
In this versatile key role, you take responsibility for the entire operational HR, manage recruiting processes, and act as a sparring partner for management and executives. You will work directly with the CEO and actively shape modern HR processes.
Your Role
Two focuses, one central responsibility
- You take operational responsibility for the HR area and further develop processes and digital tools with plenty of creative freedom.
- As an HR Business Partner, you advise the CEO, management, and executives on an equal footing and support them with personnel and organisational issues.
- You manage the entire recruitment process from job posting through selection to interviews together with the executives.
- You are responsible for all personnel administration from entry to exit, including employment contracts, HR correspondence, and commission accounting.
- You ensure reliable payroll processing as well as administration around occupational pension schemes, social security, and authorities.
- You coordinate working time controls and ensure correct and efficient handling.
- Together with the CEO and executives, you design employee appraisals and coordinate the annual salary review.
- You stay close to the business, maintain personal exchange, and regularly visit the various locations.
- With your eye for practical solutions, you support the continuous optimisation of processes and actively contribute your ideas.
- You report directly to the CEO, work independently, and are a trusted contact person for executives and employees.
Your Profile
What you bring
- Commercial basic training as well as several years of practical experience in a versatile HR generalist role.
- Positive, motivating personality with a strong team spirit.
- Enjoyment of structured processes and digital systems without losing sight of the human element.
- Very good German skills; French skills are a plus.
- Good IT user skills and enthusiasm for digital HR tools (e.g. DocuWare, blue office 4, Refline or Infoniqa).
- Independent, careful, and reliable working style.
- High discretion, sense of responsibility, and integrity.
- Entrepreneurial thinking, hands-on mentality, and pragmatic solution orientation.
What to expect
- A versatile key role with a balanced mix of HR operations, recruiting, and HR business partnering.
- Plenty of creative freedom to further develop modern HR processes and actively shape the company.
- Short decision-making paths and close collaboration with the CEO and executives.
- Attractive employment conditions with executive character.
- Support for professional and personal development.
- A family-like working environment with a long-term perspective.
- Appreciation, trust, and the opportunity to contribute your own ideas.
