Quality Manager Industry 80-100% (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
You maintain and optimise the management system according to ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001.
You independently organise and conduct internal audits.
You handle complaints and quality deviations including root cause analysis and follow-up of measures.
You keep testing procedures, measuring equipment and quality-relevant specifications up to date.
Together with purchasing, production and development, you improve supplier quality.
You regularly monitor and assess standards and legal requirements.
You evaluate key figures and prepare the management review.
As SIBE, you support employees on quality, environmental and safety issues.
Qualifications:
Technical further education at a higher level and additional qualification in quality management.
Several years of professional experience in a manufacturing or technically oriented company.
Solid practical experience with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
Practical knowledge of 8D, 5-Why, Ishikawa and FMEA is present.
Technical understanding of manufacturing, assembly, drawings and specifications.
Experience as an auditor as well as knowledge in occupational safety and environmental management are advantageous.
Confident handling of MS Office, ERP and quality management systems.
Very good German and good English skills, both spoken and written.
