Your Tasks

• Telephone support and advice for customers on various concerns
• Recording, analysing and independently processing customer enquiries
• Advice on debit and credit cards as well as related services
• Answering questions about products, services and digital offerings
• Support in the use of online services and digital solutions
• Assistance and competent support with urgent matters, for example in case of card loss or suspicion of fraudulent activities
• Ensuring friendly, professional and solution-oriented customer service
• Recording and follow-up of customer contacts in internal systems

Your Profile

• Commercial training or professional experience in direct or telephone customer contact
• Career changers with high motivation and strong service orientation are also welcome
• Initial experience in customer service, contact centre or a comparable activity is an advantage
• Very good oral and written German skills as well as Swiss German
• Good knowledge of French and Italian (English is an advantage)
• Enjoyment of communication and daily exchange with customers
• Quick comprehension and the ability to grasp even more complex concerns quickly
• Confident handling of MS Office and interest in digital applications
• Technical understanding and willingness to familiarise yourself with new systems
• Willingness to work approximately one Saturday per month
