What you will achieve with us
In your role as branch manager, you will take responsibility for the professional and organisational leadership of the Rheinfelden branch. You will manage the day-to-day business, support your team in selling individual and package holidays, and ensure that customer advice is always of a high standard.
Another focus of your work is the expansion and maintenance of our customer base. You respond to the needs of our customers, develop long-term relationships, and thus strengthen the branch’s position in the market. You pass on your sound destination knowledge both within the team and in direct customer contact.
What you bring with you
- Completed apprenticeship in a travel agency or graduation from a tourism college
- Several years of professional experience and industry-relevant expertise (leadership experience an advantage)
- Solid Galileo, tariff and ticketing knowledge
- Great organisational talent, strong solution orientation and high resilience
- Structured and self-organised working style
- Confident negotiation skills
