Main Responsibilities
- Respond to emails and calls from parents in French and English;
- Identify needs and advise parents in case of questions;
- Organise appointments between parents and section heads;
- Conduct school visits for parents as needed;
- Compile student files and ensure their follow-up;
- Manage re-enrolment follow-ups, reminders, and various payments in collaboration with the accounting department.
Qualifications and Skills
- Excellent command of English and French (native English speaker a strong advantage);
- Good skills in using IT tools (Office Suite, Mac environment);
- Commercial employee certificate (CFC) or equivalent qualification;
- Minimum 3 years of similar experience in an international environment preferred;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Organisational skills and ability to prioritise;
- Strong interest in school life.
