At the climate protection organisation MyBluePlanet, we are looking for a Volunteer - SharePoint Solution Specialist to start immediately or by arrangement. Are you passionate about effective climate protection? Do you enjoy organising ourdata storage well, clearly and in a structured manner? Do you have technical, strategic and planning skills, are good with people and know how to turn motivation into action? - Analysis of the existing data storage structure - Evaluation of current file storage and identification of weaknesses and optimisation potential. - Design and implementation of SharePoint solutions - Development of structured, user-friendly and scalable SharePoint environments for efficient data management.
- Creation of information architectures
- User and permission management
- Monitoring and continuous optimisation - Monitoring the usage, performance and security of the SharePoint platform and implementing improvement measures. - Time commitment: approx. 12 hours per month (Monday to Friday), flexibly arranged, availability during office hours is an advantage
