Technical Sales Advisor Internal Sales (m/f/d) 80-100%
Job Description- Telephone and written support as well as advice to existing and potential customers
- Creating and processing offers taking into account technical and commercial requirements
- Close cooperation with the field sales and internal specialist departments
- Clarification of customer needs and development of suitable solutions
- Conducting price and condition negotiations in coordination with the sales team
- Recording and processing customer orders including deadline monitoring
- Ensuring smooth order processing and high customer satisfaction
- Completed technical vocational training, ideally supplemented by commercial further training
- Professional experience in technical sales or a comparable function is an advantage
- Strong technical understanding and commercial thinking
- Very good German skills as well as good French skills (mandatory)
- Enjoyment of customer contact and developing individual solutions
- Independent, structured and reliable working style
- Communicative, team-oriented and service-minded personality
