Mission
- You ensure the planning of vehicles and personnel on the routes
- You lead a team of about 30 people with demand, tact and respect and ensure the proper training of our employees
- You propose improvements to optimise the various work processes
- You comply with safety, hygiene and quality regulations in your area of activity
- You participate in the administrative management of the service (schedules, holidays and others)
Required skills and qualities
- You have proven previous experience in a similar position
- You demonstrate leadership and excellent communication
- You are perfectly comfortable analysing digital data
- You are versatile, flexible in terms of hours, organised and stress-resistant
- You master common IT tools such as MS Office
- Ideally, you hold a category C/CE driving licence
- You must have a vehicle to get to your workplace
