We are looking for you as an organised, service-oriented and responsible individual with experience in facility management. You keep an overview even in a dynamic environment, work in a structured and independent manner, and support a smooth operational process with your commitment. The 60% workload is distributed over five working days from Monday to Friday.
What awaits you
- You provide administrative support for a major client mandate, third-party and small mandates, and deputise for another major client mandate
- You assist with administrative and organisational tasks
- You independently coordinate and manage the entire ticket process
- You consistently monitor and follow up tickets until successful completion
- You process cost estimates and prepare offers for third-party mandates
- You prepare invoicing and check its correct execution
- You keep track of open orders and ensure efficient processing until completion
What you bring
- You have completed a commercial basic education
- You have experience in order processing and ideally in a comparable role
- You have experience in ticket management and maintain an overview even with a high workload
- You have knowledge of invoicing and administrative coordination
- You communicate confidently in German, both orally and in writing
- You are proficient with MS Office programmes and digital tools
- You are characterised by a structured, independent and consistent working style
- You have strong organisational skills and work efficiently and reliably
- You have an impeccable record (criminal record and debt collection register extract)
