Course Instructor (hourly wage)
The Education Club offers adult education courses for people with cognitive impairments and support needs. We are currently looking for a course instructor for this course:
English for Everyone: Thursdays, 1:30 PM - 3:30 PM, February to December. Course location: Urdorf. The course does not take place during school holidays.
Your Responsibilities
- You conduct adult education courses in your subject area for people with cognitive impairments.
- You support the Education Club coordinators at Pro Infirmis by defining content for your educational offering and contributing new ideas.
- You perform administrative tasks such as course planning and course reporting.
Your Profile
- You have several years of professional experience in your subject area and enjoy working with people.
- You work in an action-oriented manner and adapt your course program to the knowledge and needs of your participants.
- You find it easy to make contact with others and have good oral and written communication skills.
- You are an empathetic, open personality with a sense of humor and maintain a respectful interaction with people.
- Experience in education, training in adult education, and working with people with disabilities are advantageous.
