Performance Advisory Services stands for pragmatic, value-adding advice around finance, controlling and corporate management. Our current focus areas are Lucanet, consolidation, corporate performance management and interim management in finance and accounting.
With the new appointment of the division head, we are looking for an entrepreneurial-minded person who will further develop existing services and at the same time build new consulting fields.

Senior Manager / Head of Performance Advisory Services (PAS) 80-100% (m/f/d)

What you will achieve

• You lead and develop the Performance Advisory Services division in the Basel region
• You advise CFOs, finance directors and management boards on demanding finance and controlling projects
• You are responsible for projects in the areas of consolidation, financial planning, reporting and corporate performance management
• You accompany Lucanet implementations and support clients in optimising their financial processes
• You take on or mediate interim management mandates in the area of finance & controlling
• You contribute your own ideas and services and develop them further together with us
• You acquire mandates, maintain client relationships and support the further development of our Basel location

How you succeed

• You bring several years of experience in finance, controlling, corporate performance management or management consulting
• You have sound knowledge in the areas of consolidation and group accounting
• You have ideally already worked with Lucanet or comparable CPM solutions
• You think entrepreneurially and enjoy actively shaping and further developing a business area
• You convince with your strong customer orientation, confident appearance and pronounced communication skills
• You have experience in leading projects and ideally have already gained initial leadership experience
• You communicate fluently in German and have good English skills
