Job Description
As part of the deployment of its strategy, the Real Estate Department is seeking an intern in project management to contribute to the implementation of the target organisation, particularly regarding Human Resources and communication aspects. This position involves two main tasks:
During your internship, you will support projects with a focus on planning, project document management, and database creation.
Then, in close collaboration with the HR project manager, you will participate in the complete creation of a skills matrix for the Real Estate Department.
This work notably involves identifying, categorising, and formalising the key skills expected within the various professions of the Department, then building a structured tool to provide a clear and operational overview of the existing skills, to support strategic decisions (workload management, project prioritisation, team organisation, etc.).
This task is part of a broader HR transformation project aimed at enhancing the clarity, coherence, and efficiency of the organisation.
You will work within a cross-functional and versatile team and participate daily in project management. In addition to these tasks, you will contribute to strategic reflections related to the reorganisation of the Real Estate Department, thus supporting ongoing transformation efforts.
Qualifications
You are nearing the end of your Master’s degree and are pursuing training in public management with a project management component, or in social and human sciences, and wish to complete a mandatory internship as part of your degree requirements.
You are an organised person with good interpersonal skills, able to work independently and as part of a team, developing harmonious relationships with your contacts. You demonstrate diplomacy and confidentiality.
You act methodically and show listening skills, curiosity, and communication abilities (oral and written in French).
You have an interest in topics related to organisation and the real estate sector in a hospital context, as well as an interest in project planning. You have good writing skills and are comfortable with office and collaborative tools.
