Export Clerk (m/f/d)
Our client is an innovative Swiss industrial company specialising in precision and manufacturing technologies. Through high engineering competence, state-of-the-art production processes, and a consistent customer focus, the company has established itself worldwide as a reliable partner. Responsibilities:
- Complete order processing
- Daily contact with customers, representatives, and freight forwarders
- Monitor delivery dates and incoming payments
- Organise transport and prepare export documents
Qualifications:
- Completed commercial basic training and professional experience in internal sales / export
- Knowledge in handling letter of credit transactions and international transports including rules of origin
- Proficient IT skills and experience with ERP systems
- Very good German skills as well as good English skills in spoken and written form, additional foreign languages are an advantage
