Tasks
Are you interested not only in learning about HR theoretically but also actively shaping Culture & Engagement? In this role, you support the team with diverse HR tasks, contribute your own ideas, and gain practical experience in a dynamic airline environment.
- Participation in the planning, organization, and implementation of internal and external HR events
- Support in projects related to corporate culture, engagement, belonging, and diversity, equity, and inclusion
- Support in coordinating communities, networks, and internal stakeholders
- Support in optimizing and automating our HR processes and documentation
- Administrative support of the team as well as management of the team mail inbox

Requirements
You can expect individual support with regular feedback, insights into People Analytics, HR Communication, and People Strategy, room for your own ideas, flexible working models, as well as attractive flight discounts for you and close persons.
- Completed schooling: high school, technical, commercial or business school, or apprenticeship (EFZ, 3 years)
- Interest in topics such as corporate culture, employee engagement, HR, communication, and events
- Independent, structured, and reliable working style with good organizational skills
- Openness, communication skills, and enjoyment in collaborating with different stakeholders
- Innovative spirit and interest in rethinking existing processes
- Very good German and good English skills in spoken and written form
- IT affinity with good MS Office skills
