Head of Subscription/Address Management

Tasks

You are responsible for the subscription and address management of the Coop newspaper throughout Switzerland as well as other media and communication formats
You plan, control and monitor print runs, selections, changes, returns, address preparations and other quality-relevant processes
You coordinate collaboration with internal departments as well as with the post office, printing companies, call centres and other upstream and downstream entities, ensuring smooth operations
You support data-driven communication measures, for example in newsletter management, address procurement, as well as in target group-specific selections, evaluations and reporting
You accompany projects, tests and system adjustments and actively further develop subscription/address management in the SAP environment and beyond

You have a technical education in newspaper printing, shipping, finishing or a comparable qualification and bring experience in address, subscription or master data management
You have a good understanding of systems, processes and data relationships and ideally have experience with SAP as well as very good Office user skills - especially in Excel
You work in a structured, precise and independent manner, keep an overview even in complex situations and set priorities purposefully
You are strong in organisation, service-oriented and present yourself confidently and reliably to different stakeholders
You communicate fluently in German
