Your tasks

Support and care of people with cognitive and psychological disabilities
Organizational and professional management of client processes
Support during transitions to new areas of life
Assuming deputy management of the department
Practical guidance of apprentices FaBe and social pedagogy students
Willingness for on-call, evening and weekend duties

Your profile

Completed training in social pedagogy HF/FH or in a comparable field
Certificate of professional or practical training
Open, innovative and humorous personality
Transparent and solution-oriented working style
Resilience, flexibility and efficiency
Independent working
Good MS Office skills
