Responsibilities:
- Maintain regular telephone customer contacts
- Close internal collaboration with sales and supply chain
- Process export enquiries
- Organise international transports
- Maintain master data in SAP
- Negotiate logistics transport costs for foreign shipments
- Check/create supplier declarations
- Handle all customs procedures
- Record all export orders
- Contact person for all questions regarding foreign trade
Qualifications:
- You have completed commercial training
- You have several years of experience in import/export
- You have very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
- You are reliable, communicative, and a team player
- You have basic knowledge of customs processing and relevant economic knowledge
- You are proficient in MS Office and have good SAP knowledge
