What to expect

• You create, revise and maintain instructions, communications and other professional foundations for customer support
• You contribute to the development and continuous optimisation of training materials, tools and processes
• You work closely with training, team leaders, the specialist commission and various internal and external specialist offices
• You support the planning, organisation and implementation of information events, instructions and further training
• You are the professional contact person for our employees and promote active knowledge transfer within customer support
• You answer technical questions and support colleagues with your know-how in everyday work
• You continuously develop your professional and digital skills
• You stay close to practice and continue to work around 50% as a customer support representative
• Depending on the task and need, your presence times vary at our locations Arth-Goldau, Bern, Chur, Herisau or Rapperswil

What you bring

• Enthusiasm for the railway and customer support
• At least four years of professional experience in customer support
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
• Sense of responsibility and discretion in handling confidential information
• Very good oral and written German skills
• Knowledge of a second national language or English at level A2 or higher
• Good user skills in Microsoft 365 and digital tools
• Willingness for continuous professional and digital development

At SOB, you work 41 hours per week with a 100% workload. You receive at least five weeks of holiday per year. With the bandwidth model, you can take additional days off.

Would you like more than five weeks of holiday? We offer the possibility of the bandwidth model. For 2% of your annual salary, you receive five additional days off credited, for 4% ten additional days off credited. The same applies in reverse: you can waive days off and receive more salary instead.

Do public holidays fall on a weekend? At SOB, these days are credited to you.
