Sales Consulting and Warehouse Sanitary / Heating 100%

As an innovative company, we ensure throughout Switzerland that drinking water flows in buildings. For this purpose, we develop, produce and distribute pioneering complete solutions for sanitary and heating technology with around 500 employees.

Your tasks

• Professional advice and service to customers at the counter
• Inspection, storage, issuance and provision of goods
• Receipt and processing of customer orders and complaints
• Receipt and processing of personal and telephone enquiries / orders
• Accurate management of stock levels and conducting inventory
• Holiday cover in the Winterthur and Steinhausen branches

Your profile

• Completed basic training in sanitary or heating installation with practical professional experience
• Experience in customer service
• High customer and service orientation and flexibility
• Good PC user skills (MS Office)
• SAP knowledge is an advantage
• Flawless German skills in spoken and written form
• Driving licence category B
