Your tasks

As a Senior Manager, you take on the leadership of demanding client projects in healthcare (focus on Swiss hospitals) and combine the dimensions of processes, IT and organisation into convincing, effective overall solutions. In doing so, you shape sustainable changes with entrepreneurial freedom and great passion and take responsibility for impact and results.

Your tasks at a glance

• Independent leadership and responsibility for complex projects and programmes - from the initial idea to successful implementation
• Development of practical, effective concepts that noticeably increase the performance of our clients
• Ensuring the quality and future viability of the solutions 
• Long-term empowerment and strengthening of organisations for sustainable anchoring of changes 
• Project management at all leadership levels through clear, targeted communication and as a connecting interface between strategy and implementation
• Building and maintaining trusting and integral client relationships 
• Professional development of Corealis Consulting and our employees

Your profile

• Solid consulting experience in healthcare with a focus on transformation projects (at least 5 years) – especially in the areas of construction target planning, operational planning, process optimisation and supply chain management
• Strongly developed result- and quality-orientation with profound understanding of hospital processes (core and support processes), IT and organisation 
• Proven competence in empowering clients and successfully managing change processes in complex environments
• Excellent communication skills and a high degree of responsibility
• Master’s degree or comparable qualification
