Your responsibilities
Within the Real Estate & Development Department, you ensure the administrative, financial and documentary coordination of activities related to real estate projects. Supporting project managers, you monitor deadlines, budgets, commitments, contracts and invoices. You prepare consultation files, participate in the monitoring of mandates and ensure the quality and traceability of information and documents throughout the project lifecycle. You also provide administrative support to the technical operation of the assets by monitoring interventions, orders, quotes and maintenance contracts. At the same time, you facilitate coordination between the various internal and external stakeholders and ensure the smooth flow of information. Finally, you contribute to the management of the department by consolidating dashboards, reports, budgets and files intended for management and decision-making bodies.
Your profile
With a background in commerce, administration, real estate, technical fields or equivalent, ideally complemented by project management training, you have 3 to 5 years’ experience in an environment related to real estate, construction, engineering or asset management. You are comfortable with budgetary and contractual monitoring as well as document management and associated digital tools. Possessing excellent organisational skills, you can manage several files simultaneously and meet sometimes demanding deadlines. Recognised for your rigour, autonomy and sense of priorities, you also have strong writing and interpersonal skills. Your ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and ensure reliable follow-up of actions makes you a true administrative and organisational partner within the department.
