These are your tasks:

• You independently manage international customer orders from order to delivery and keep an overview even in the event of complaints
• As the central contact person in export, you advise and support our international customers in a solution-oriented and reliable manner
• You manage shipping and delivery processes and work closely with our field service, sales, logistics, and internal specialist departments
• You identify optimisation potentials and actively contribute to the further development of processes and ERP tests
• With your commitment, you contribute daily to sustainably strengthening our service level and customer satisfaction

What you bring:

• Completed commercial basic training (KV) and ideally experience in customer service or international order processing
• Initial knowledge in the export environment is an advantage
• Enjoyment of a responsible interface function with international customers
• Independent, structured, and reliable working style even in a dynamic environment
• Strong service orientation, communication skills, and team spirit
• Confident handling of MS Office and ERP systems
• Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form, additional languages are an advantage
