Your responsibilities

• Maintaining master data, member administration
• Evaluation and calculation of documents
• Independently managing lists, creating documents and minutes
• Assisting with annual financial statements and budgeting
• Administrative tasks such as telephone, correspondence and document maintenance
• Contact with members by phone and counter
• Contact person for expert answers in the area of collective labour agreements
• Committed participation in trade union activities

Your profile

• Completed commercial or equivalent training
• Know-how in trade union, political and social issues as well as identification with trade union goals
• Knowledge of labour and social insurance law
• Very good German skills spoken and written, any additional language an advantage - (Italian and Portuguese)
• Good self-organisational skills
• Solution- and structured working method
• Good IT skills in all common MS applications
• High flexibility, resilience and assertiveness
