Your Tasks

• Shift responsibility in the absence of the store management as well as deputising
• Implementation of customer orientation and sales standards in our stores
• Support in personnel planning, personnel management and store organisation
• Merchandise disposition and product presentation
• Cashiering duties

Your Profile

• Professional experience in sales or a similar environment
• Ideally completed vocational training in retail
• Flexibility regarding working hours (Mon-Sat between 05:00-22:00)
• Communicative skills and enjoyment in dealing with people
• High motivation, commitment and resilience
• Good German language skills, both spoken and written
