We are an independent family business. Since 1920, we have been firmly rooted in the city of Bern. We prefer to build upwards. Reliable, honest and efficient. We love things straightforward and trustworthy. Mountains of paperwork and long decision-making processes are not our thing at all. Do you think alike? You create modern buildings in renovation and new construction projects and ensure that older ones retain their value.

You carry out sewerage work, create formwork and perform concreting work.

You build masonry from brick and sand-lime brick and carry out setting work.

You take on demolition, chipping and shoring work during renovations.

You are physically fit, enjoy working with your hands and pitch in energetically.

You appreciate working outdoors and in a team.

You have good spatial awareness.

You will become part of the Büchi Bau team with our core values "reliable, independent and firmly rooted", just like our cranes.

You receive personal guidance and can gain experience independently.

You work in a collegial environment with short decision-making processes without unnecessary paperwork.

You work on diverse construction sites in the city of Bern and the surrounding area.

You combine traditional craftsmanship with the use of the latest construction methods and machinery.

After completing your apprenticeship, you have many further development opportunities: for example, as a foreman, site manager, certified technician in HF construction management or master builder.
