About the job
Do you have a flair for numbers and keep track even with many invoices? In this fixed-term role, you will work together with your team to ensure that our accounts payable processes run reliably and efficiently. You take responsibility for the correct processing of supplier documents and liaise with both internal and external contacts.The position is initially limited until the end of May 2027, with the option of extension.

What to expect
- You validate, check and post supplier invoices, transport invoices as well as credit notes
- You independently reconcile accounts payable items with our suppliers
- Incoming reminders are checked and reliably processed by you
- You respond to internal and external enquiries regarding accounts payable
- Maintaining and checking relevant master data is also part of your responsibilities
- You ensure timely processing of documents and payments
- You keep an eye on possible cash discount deductions and ensure their optimal utilisation
- Together with the team, you support a smooth operation in day-to-day business
What you bring
- Completed commercial basic training
- Practical experience in accounts payable
- Experience with electronic invoice processing is an advantage
- Confident use of common PC applications and digital tools
- Very good German skills, both spoken and written
- English skills are a plus
- Strong numerical flair as well as precise and reliable working style
- Independent and structured approach
- Enjoy working in a team and exchanging with different contacts
