Cloud Infrastructure & AI Engineer (m/f/d)

We are looking for an ambitious, aspiring talent who wants to take the next career step and actively shape the future of the IT landscape of the mobilezone Group.

The Cloud Infrastructure & AI Engineer combines modern cloud infrastructures, automation, and artificial intelligence to simplify processes, increase efficiency, and create new opportunities for employees and the company.

We are deliberately not looking for a person with decades of experience or a classic management background. Rather, we are looking for a young talent who has gained practical experience in the areas of cloud, infrastructure, and Microsoft technologies and complements this knowledge with pronounced AI expertise. The ideal person knows how to use modern AI tools such as Copilot, Cowork, Scout, GitHub Copilot, OpenClaw, and other AI tools to achieve results that go far beyond what is possible with classic IT experience alone.

What you will achieve with us

• Further develop the Azure, cloud, and infrastructure platforms of the mobilezone Group
• Consistently automate and simplify processes
• Integrate AI technologies into everyday IT operations
• Develop new AI-based solutions, workflows, and automations
• Actively shape the transformation to an AI-first organisation
• Establish modern working methods and identify new potentials

Who we are looking for

• Initial to several years of practical experience in cloud, infrastructure, or IT engineering
• Good knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem, especially Azure, Microsoft 365, and ideally Dynamics 365
• Proven experience in the productive use of AI tools such as Copilot, Cowork, Scout, GitHub Copilot, OpenClaw, or comparable solutions
• Strong curiosity, willingness to learn, and enthusiasm for new technologies
• Strong communication skills in Swiss German and English
• Hands-on mentality and the will to actively drive things forward
