Your Mission

As a Team Leader HR, you shape a professional and modern HR service along the entire HR life cycle together with your dedicated team. You are the contact person and business partner for managers and employees on a wide range of personnel and leadership topics. You combine operational excellence with a strong service orientation and ensure that people at Diartis receive the support they need for their success. At the same time, you continuously develop our HR processes, systems and offerings and thus actively shape the future of HR.

Your Daily Impact

• Operational and professional leadership of the HR team with 2 employees
• Ensuring professional support for employees and managers throughout the entire HR life cycle
• Business partner for managers in HR and leadership matters
• Co-design and co-initiative in strategic HR topics such as employer branding, talent management and culture development in collaboration with and for the management
• Responsibility for HR key figures, budget matters
• Maintenance and expansion of various HR systems and HR tools Planning, organisation and implementation of internal events for our employees
• Responsibility for providing services for subsidiaries and partner companies in HR (payroll processing, HR inquiries)

How You Enrich Our Team

• Several years of experience in a generalist and managerial HR role with appropriate training
• Sound knowledge of the entire modern HR life cycle
• Hands-on mentality
• Employees are at the centre of your actions
• You have experience in personnel and leadership development as well as coaching employees and managers
• Interest in process optimisation, digitalisation and future-oriented HR work
• Team player with strong social skills, personal responsibility and a touch of humour
• You feel comfortable in a family-like, appreciative, dynamic IT environment
