Rohrdorferberg-Mutschellen Immobilien AG and Bieri Verwaltungs AG are two regionally rooted property management companies with many years of experience and a clear focus on the management of condominium ownership.

Since January 2026, we have been working as a joint team at our location at Bremgarterstrasse 3 in Widen. We combine many years of experience with short decision-making paths, personal customer care, and a modern, increasingly digitalised property management.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a personality who wants to take responsibility and independently manage their own condominium ownership mandates.

Your Task

As a Mandate Manager Condominium Ownership, you take responsibility for your own portfolio of condominium owner associations.

You are the central contact person for owners, committees, craftsmen, and external partners and manage your mandates largely independently.

You will be supported by our team in the areas of administration and property accounting.

Your tasks include in particular:

• Independent management and support of condominium owner associations
• Responsibility for the STWEG mandates assigned to you
• Preparation, organisation, and independent management of owners' meetings
• Preparation of agendas, motions, and decision-making bases
• Creation or coordination of meeting minutes
• Ensuring and monitoring the implementation of resolutions passed
• Competent advice to owners and committees
• Management of ongoing correspondence with owners, authorities, craftsmen, and other partners
• Coordination and supervision of maintenance, repair, and renovation measures
• Obtaining and evaluating offers as well as awarding and monitoring contracts
• Collaboration with property accounting on budgets, annual accounts, and renewal funds
• Identifying the need for action within the managed properties and proactively proposing solutions
• Depending on experience and interest, taking on professional responsibility within the STWEG area

Who we are looking for

We are not simply looking for someone to handle administrative tasks. We are looking for a responsible, entrepreneurial-minded personality who can manage mandates, prepare decisions, and appear confident to owners.

Ideally, you bring the following:

• Experience in property management, preferably in condominium ownership
• Ability or willingness to independently lead owners' meetings
• Federal diploma as a property manager or a comparable further education is an advantage
• Alternatively, a university or university of applied sciences degree, for example in business administration, law, real estate, facility management, or a related field, combined with the desire to build up solid expertise in property management
• Very good organisational and communication skills
• Independent, structured, and reliable working style
• Sense of responsibility and the ability to keep an overview even in demanding situations
• Confident and professional appearance towards owners and business partners
• Assertiveness combined with a strong service orientation
• Fluent German in spoken and written form
• Good knowledge of common MS Office applications
• Driving licence category B

Two paths lead to us

We are aware that strong mandate management does not arise from a single training path.

You are particularly interesting to us if you either already have experience in the independent management of condominium ownership and are looking for the next step with more responsibility.

Or you have a university or university of applied sciences degree, bring analytical thinking, initiative, and a sense of responsibility, and want to specifically build up the specialised knowledge of property management. In this case, we will accompany you in a structured way on the path to independent mandate management.
