Job Description

As an HR Business Partner, you will take on a versatile and responsible role within our HR team. You will competently support managers and employees in all personnel-related matters and comprehensively manage your areas throughout the entire Employee Life Cycle.

• Comprehensive support and advice for the assigned company areas as well as employees in the retail sector in all HR-relevant matters
• Competent contact person for managers and employees throughout the entire Employee Life Cycle
• Responsibility for recruitment as well as support for onboarding, development, and offboarding
• Ensuring professional and timely personnel administration
• Support for the Head of HR
• Responsibility for the area of training and further education
• Active participation in HR projects and internal initiatives
• Support for the person responsible for vocational training in all HR-relevant matters concerning apprentices

Profile

You are a communicative and service-oriented personality with high social competence. You work independently, in a structured and solution-oriented manner, and are characterised by discretion and a sense of responsibility.

Professional Requirements

• Completed commercial training as well as further training as an HR specialist with a federal diploma
• Several years of professional experience in HR, preferably in a comparable role
• Sound knowledge in personnel support, recruitment, and personnel administration
• Confident handling of common Microsoft Office applications

Languages

• Fluent in French and German, both spoken and written
• Good knowledge of English
