We are looking for one apprentice for the University of Applied Sciences and Higher School of Social Work:

Apprentice Commercial Employee CFC (male or female)

Your tasks:

• Participate in the administrative management of the programmes’ processes at the University of Applied Sciences and Higher School of Social Work with your colleagues

• Participate in organising specific events related to the programmes such as site visits, seminars, conferences, including room organisation, etc.

• Take charge of reception and telephone duty alternately with your colleagues

• Support teams in various administrative and organisational tasks related to the smooth running of the programmes

Your profile:

• Compulsory schooling completed

• Native French speaker

• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools

• Show motivation, dynamism and curiosity

• Team spirit

• Quick comprehension
