You will manage a unit composed of around 40 employees, including 4 team leaders, covering the secretariats of interventional specialties (surgery, orthopaedics, and gastroenterology). You will operate at the heart of an environment where coordination between consultations, the operating theatre, anaesthesiology, care units, and medical teams is essential for the smooth patient pathway.

You have a good understanding of the patient pathway from specialised consultation to surgical care and post-interventional follow-up, including surgical scheduling, the operating theatre, and anaesthesiology. Experience in care, patient pathway coordination, or medical secretariats in interventional specialties is an asset.
The main responsibilities of this position are

- Create a collective dynamic based on trust, responsibility, and cooperation
- Ensure the quality and continuity of medico-administrative services for patients and medical-nursing teams

- Ensure recruitment, integration, and development of employees with team leaders to guarantee skills match the unit’s needs
- Support institutional projects and organisational changes
- Optimise administrative processes related to the patient pathway
- Develop close collaboration with doctors, nursing teams, the operating theatre, anaesthesiology, and partner services
- Participate in defining the resources necessary for the unit’s proper functioning
