- You lead the teams in sales coordination, both operationally and personnel-wise
- You help develop the sales strategy and implement it in sales promotion with your team
- You keep an overview in sales controlling and continuously refine it
- You derive concrete measures from market and customer analyses, statistics and evaluations
- You calculate prices with foresight
- Where can systems and processes be made even smarter? You drive further development across departmental boundaries
Requirements Profile
- Your foundation: a commercial apprenticeship and business management training at HF/FH level
- You have already led teams in customer service (preferably in a retail company)
- You speak and write German fluently and correctly; French and/or Italian are a great plus
- Your open, communicative manner wins people over
