Group Manager Santé (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

• Coordination and supervision of work assignments as well as cleaning processes
• Receiving customer complaints and ensuring their timely resolution
• Recruitment of employees as well as temporary staff for holiday cover
• Compliance with specified hours and control of material consumption on site
• Maintaining cleanliness and order in the cleaning rooms
• Ensuring compliance with safety, hygiene and quality guidelines
• Conducting cleaning inspections on site
• Assisting with cleaning
• Work assignments from Monday to Friday and occasionally on weekends and public holidays

Your Profile

• Good German language skills, spoken and written
• Service orientation, independence and flexibility
• Experience in cleaning or healthcare is an advantage
• Leadership experience is an advantage
• PC skills, including MS Office
• Punctuality and reliability
• For foreign applicants: valid C residence permit or B residence permit with employment
