About the job

The LANDI cooperatives support Swiss farmers in the economic development of their farms. Together with the brands Volg, TopShop, and AGROLA, the LANDI cooperatives also supply the population in rural areas of Switzerland with food, daily necessities, and energy. LANDI Surb is successfully active in the region. For the Volg store in Endingen, we are looking for a store manager 100% (m/f/d) immediately or by arrangement.

You will look forward to these tasks

Leading the store staff and creating work schedules
Responsibility for the budget and key figures of the sales outlet
Support in recruiting new employees and apprentices
Friendly and courteous customer advice
Optimal inventory management and ordering of sales and promotional goods
Ensuring concept-compliant and appealing product presentation
Supervision, training, and development of apprentices and employees
Responsibility for the proper management of the integrated post office agency
Handling various administrative tasks

Completed training in retail with a federal diploma or equivalent
Several years of professional experience in sales or a similar environment (preferably food retail)
Enjoyment of active customer contact
Very good German language skills
High willingness for flexible working hours
Independent and reliable working style
High social and professional competence
Trainer certificate is an advantage
