For many years, my client has been supporting their customers in the design and realisation of quality solutions in the field of sun protection. To strengthen their organisation, they are looking for a Sector Manager for Fabrics capable of coordinating the entire process, from the customer request to manufacturing.
A true pivot between customers, suppliers, and production, you ensure the smooth running of orders while guaranteeing quality, deadlines, and the satisfaction of our partners.
Sector Manager for Fabrics FR/GER
- Commercial apprenticeship certificate or technical training
- Proficiency in German essential C1/C2
- Proven experience in a technical, industrial, or construction-related environment.
- Knowledge of the blinds, sun protection, or closures sector is a strong asset.
- Excellent organisational skills and a sense of priorities.
- Ease in contacts with customers and suppliers.
- Proactive, autonomous, and solution-oriented personality.
- Proficiency in common computer tools.
- Manage customer requests and prepare commercial offers.
- Record and monitor orders ensuring conformity of references, dimensions, quantities, and deadlines.
- Calculate material needs and prepare manufacturing files.
- Ensure the purchase of fabrics, textiles, accessories, and components necessary for production.
- Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers and ensure supply follow-up.
- Work closely with the workshop manager to coordinate manufacturing priorities.
- Monitor order progress and anticipate potential delays or difficulties.
- Ensure smooth communication between customers, suppliers, and production.
- Participate in the commercial development of the sector through targeted actions and promotion of our solutions.
- Manage administrative tasks related to the department's activity.
