Job Description
The holder will be responsible for all activities related to the secretariat of students in the section of educational sciences and/or psychology independently (Bachelor, Master, complementary certificates, interfaculty training, etc.):
- Physical and telephone reception of students and the public and providing information related to study programmes at the FPSE
- Administrative management of student files
- Management of study plans and examinations
The holder will also have to carry out any other tasks inherent to the position as requested by the hierarchy.
Required Title and Skills
This position requires a Federal VET Diploma as a commercial employee or an equivalent qualification. The holder must have an excellent command of the French language both written and spoken, as well as knowledge of English. Very good use of common IT tools such as Word and Excel is essential. Good knowledge of Microsoft Exchange environment applications will be an asset.
The holder must be familiar with faculty regulations and study plans and be comfortable using various applications and IT processes related to activity management, or be willing to train.
Interpersonal skills, a strong sense of service, organisation and initiative, autonomy, flexibility and diplomacy, as well as methodology and rigour are essential qualities for this position. The holder must also be able to adapt to different interlocutors.
