Senior HR Expert (80-100%)
We invest as an independent service provider for Swiss pension funds in real estate. Throughout Switzerland, we create spaces for living and working. Our 80 employees manage a real estate portfolio of around 16 billion and prepare it for an environmentally and climate-friendly future.
To complement our People & Organisation team with 3 employees, we are looking for a committed colleague from January 2027 or by arrangement.
What you will do with us
- You advise and support managers and employees in demanding personnel-related matters.
- You are responsible for the entire employee lifecycle including application management, support and exit management.
- You independently conduct recruitment processes and support the departments in attracting new talents.
- You handle labour law and social security law issues.
- You take on a central role in payroll and ensure competent representation together with the payroll manager.
- You continuously develop our HR systems, especially Abacus and myAbacus, as well as digital HR processes and standards.
- You lead operational HR projects and actively contribute ideas.
What you bring
- Federal HR specialist certificate and at least ten years of practical HR experience
- Sound expertise in labour law, social security and payroll
- Very good knowledge of Abacus Payroll and myAbacus Absences & Expenses
- Empathetic and service-oriented personality with analytical thinking and a high standard of quality
- Independent, structured and reliable working style
- High digital affinity and confident use of Microsoft 365
- German (C2), French B1 advantageous
