Process Specialist / Operational Excellence Manager (m/f/d) 100%

Your responsible tasks include, among others:

• Analysis, evaluation and optimisation of production, logistics and administration processes
• Identification and quantification of savings and efficiency potentials
• Management and implementation of Lean, KVP and Operational Excellence projects
• Conducting time studies and REFA analyses
• Development and implementation of standardised processes and best practices
• Conducting feasibility studies, trials and cost-effectiveness analyses
• Supporting departments in the sustainable improvement of their processes
• Definition, establishment and further development of KPI systems for process monitoring
• Participation in investment projects and support of new production facilities before and after SOP
• Close collaboration with production, engineering, quality, logistics and purchasing
• Analysis, optimisation and standardisation of production and business processes

Requirements:

• Technical basic training with further education as REFA specialist, process specialist, technician HF, Lean Manager or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in process optimisation within an industrial production company
• Very good knowledge of Lean Management, KVP and continuous improvement
• Experience in project management and leading interdisciplinary projects
• Analytical, structured and solution-oriented working style
• Good communication skills and enthusiasm for motivating employees to embrace change
