Head of Customer Service (m/f)

Your tasks

• Personnel and professional management of directly subordinate employees (teams: service technicians, operations management, spare parts)
• Further development of the specialist teams for the Swiss market
• Support of the international customer service organisations
• Ensuring high customer satisfaction
• Link to customers and internal specialist departments such as sales, engineering, service desk
• Ensuring high quality of service work and service reports
• Preparation of spare parts recommendations and offers

Your profile

• Completed technical training (mechanics, electrical engineering) with business management training advantageous
• Experience in leading customer service organisations
• Experience in intralogistics is desirable but not mandatory
• Proficient use of ERP, CRM, MS Office
• Very good German skills as well as good English skills, French advantageous
• Communicative, team-oriented and resilient personality
