Head of Finance

We are continuing to grow and expanding our activities as a general contractor and property developer. Therefore, we also want to further develop our finance organisation and cover more of it internally.

For this, we are looking for a Head of Finance who optimises and further develops our financial structures while also taking responsibility in day-to-day operations.

Your tasks:

• To manage our financial accounting largely internally and ensure a clean, up-to-date financial basis.

• To handle or be responsible for debtors, creditors, payment transactions, account assignments and reconciliations operationally and to prepare and coordinate quarterly and annual financial statements, VAT returns and other financial and tax matters together with our external fiduciary.

• To create and further develop budgets, forecasts, liquidity planning and financial reporting for management.

• To plan and control the liquidity of the company as well as the general contractor and own projects.

• To help shape and assess financing and financial structures for property and general contractor projects.

• To support management with investments, project developments, profitability calculations and strategic financial issues.

Your profile:

• You have a solid education or further training in finance, accounting, fiduciary, controlling or business administration.

• You bring several years of experience in finance and accounting as well as confidence in financial statements.

• You are interested in strategic financial topics as much as in well-maintained accounting.

• You have experience in liquidity planning, financing and bank negotiations.

• Ideally, you are familiar with the areas of property, construction, project development, general contractor/main contractor or investment.

• You quickly understand complex financial contexts and translate them into pragmatic solutions.

• You present yourself confidently and professionally to banks, investors, fiduciaries and other external partners and want to actively help shape the next development phase of BENIMAG.
