Head of Finance & Controlling

In this central management role, you will lead and develop the Finance & Controlling department with five employees. You will prepare and be responsible for the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to OR as well as the consolidated financial statements according to Swiss GAAP FER, ensuring reliable financial control of the group. A special focus is on the project-oriented business and its economic further development. As a business partner, you will work closely with group management and operational managers, create transparency, and provide well-founded decision-making bases.

To be successful in this position, we are looking for a

technically proficient, hands-on, and assertive personality

with a solid education or further training in finance and accounting, controlling, or business administration. You have several years of experience in a comparable role in an SME environment and are well acquainted with the financial management of a project-oriented business. Knowledge of the construction or construction-related industry is a great advantage. You think analytically and entrepreneurially and know how to communicate even complex financial topics clearly and appropriately for the audience. Very good German and French skills as well as a certain willingness to travel within Switzerland are required. The workplace can be chosen between Gerlafingen or Rümlang. If the workplace is Rümlang, two days per week presence in Gerlafingen are required.
