BENIMAG continues to grow and is expanding its activities as a general contractor and property developer. With this development, we also want to strengthen our finance organisation, build it up internally in a targeted manner, and align it with the next phase of the company.

For this, we are looking for an entrepreneurial-minded individual with solid experience in finance and accounting and a clear connection to the construction, real estate, or project development sector.

As Head of Finance, you will take responsibility for our finance organisation, from operational accounting through liquidity planning to financing and economic assessment of our general contractor projects and property developments.

You are not only responsible for the numbers but also understand the projects behind them. You work closely with management, contribute your financial expertise to business decisions, and actively develop our financial structures further.

Your tasks:

• To manage our financial accounting largely internally and ensure a clean, up-to-date financial basis.

• To handle or be responsible for debtors, creditors, payment transactions, account assignments, and reconciliations operationally, and together with our external trustee, prepare and coordinate quarterly and annual financial statements, VAT returns, and other financial and tax matters.

• To create and further develop budgets, forecasts, liquidity planning, and financial reporting for management.

• To plan and control the liquidity of the company as well as the general contractor and own projects.

• To help shape and assess financing and financial structures for real estate and general contractor projects.

• To support management with investments, project developments, profitability calculations, and strategic financial questions.

Your profile:

• You have a solid education or further training in finance, accounting, fiduciary services, controlling, or business administration.

• You bring several years of experience in finance and accounting as well as confidence in financial statements.

• You are interested in strategic financial topics as much as in well-maintained accounting.

• You have experience in liquidity planning, financing, and bank negotiations.

• You have already gained experience in the construction, real estate, general contractor/major contractor, project development, or a comparable sector. You understand the financial specifics of construction projects, property investments, and project-related financing.

• You quickly understand complex financial contexts and translate them into pragmatic solutions.

• You present yourself confidently and professionally to banks, investors, trustees, and other external partners and want to actively help shape BENIMAG’s next development phase.
