What you will achieve
- Identification of synergy potentials and economic evaluation of existing IT structures, including validation of the heterogeneity of commodity IT to support service bundling
- Concept and approach for selecting a suitable benchmark provider and methodological approach, as well as defining clear goals and milestones for efficient implementation
- Building and maintaining trusting relationships with stakeholders. Promoting solution-oriented collaboration through analysing complex challenges and developing practical approaches with interdisciplinary teams
- Support in the conception, further development, and continuous optimisation of our service and project structure to create clear responsibilities, increase transparency, and ensure strategic alignment
What you bring
- Education: Completed degree (University/ETH, FH, HF)
- Field of study: in computer science, finance, or a comparable discipline
- Professional experience: Several years of experience in leading IT projects, ideally in a strategic environment
- Experience in the professional or disciplinary leadership of employees, combined with the ability to motivate and develop teams
- Excellent analytical and conceptual skills as well as a strong understanding of complex contexts
- Ability to act effectively in a cross-organisational (matrix) structure, coordinate different interests, and successfully manage teams and stakeholders without direct authority
- Experience in analysis, benchmarking, market research, performance management, or consulting
- German (B2)
- English (B1)
