Your tasks

• Personnel and professional management of the department with 3 employees
• Project management and substantive development of legislative projects in the health sector (including implementation of EFAS, digitalisation in the health sector)
• Support for the offices and the directorate on legal issues, especially in the areas of health, hospital care, outpatient care, nursing care financing, data protection, digitalisation
• Preparation of documents for the government council in this area

Your profile

• Bar admission or law degree/Master of Law with specific professional experience in administrative law, ideally in health and data protection law
• Leadership experience advantageous, ideally in the public administration
• Experience in legislation as well as interest in issues in the health sector
• Independent working style, service awareness and advisory competence
• Language skills at native level (C2) in German or French with very good knowledge of the other language (level C1)

About us

The Legal Department handles the affairs of the GSI from a legal perspective.
It is particularly responsible for:
•All legislative work of the GSI
•Legal advice and support for all organisational units of the directorate
•Instruction of appeal procedures and preparation of appeal decisions of the GSI
•Ensuring uniform application of the law within the directorate

The Legal Department of the General Secretariat consists of three specialised departments. The overall team is mixed in terms of age and gender and fosters an open and supportive working culture.
