• You are the face of Sunrise and inspire our customers with your positive attitude, your targeted advice and the sale of our diverse Sunrise products.
• You build long-term customer relationships and ensure a first-class atmosphere in the shop.
• You support customers with repair and service issues and act professionally and solution oriented.
• You keep track of stock and inventory and complete administrative tasks efficiently.
• You live and represent Sunrise values – innovation, customer focus and top service.

YOUR SKILLS:

• You have completed training in retail, ideally with experience in the telecommunications or multimedia industry – or you are a motivated career changer with a flair for sales.
• You are enthusiastic about technology, telecommunications and digital trends.
• Your passion for sales is evident and your professional demeanor makes you a true sales professional.
• You enjoy working with people and have the ability to quickly identify their needs.
• Thanks to your patience and technical understanding, you will become an everyday hero for our customers.
• You have very good German skills; any additional languages are a plus.
• You are highly flexible, reliable and open to a fast-paced industry.
