Responsibilities

• You lead your branch with passion, entrepreneurial thinking and a clear focus on the essentials

• You develop, promote and motivate your team and create a culture where collaboration, personal responsibility and enthusiasm are lived

• You take responsibility for sales, budget, key figures and the sustainable success of your branch

• You identify potential, derive measures and continuously develop your store

• You ensure that our customers enjoy an inspiring shopping experience every time they visit

• You ensure that visual merchandising, merchandise management and store standards are always implemented at the highest level

• You work closely with area management as well as the teams from buying, visual merchandising and HR and successfully implement our corporate strategy in the store

Qualifications

• Training as a retail specialist EFZ or a comparable qualification

• Several years of leadership experience in retail – ideally in the fashion or lifestyle sector

• Entrepreneurial thinking as well as a strong focus on numbers and results

• You know how to promote people, recognise potential and sustainably develop teams

• You convince with organisational talent, initiative and a structured way of working

• Fashion, trends and lifestyle excite you – and you pass on this enthusiasm daily to your team and our customers
