Your Tasks
- Leading and coordinating a team
- Taking on the educational, professional and personnel responsibility
- Further developing the quality of support with the department management and team
- Supporting residents in their self-determination, independence and participation
- Participation in work and project groups
- Support with nursing and medical actions and household tasks
- Irregular working hours and weekend duties and occasional night standby duties
Your Profile
- Completed training as a social pedagogue and professional and leadership experience
- Responsible and resilient personality
- Reliable and structured way of working
- Ability to engage with and adapt to different situations
- Enthusiasm for new things, supporting and shaping change
- Good organisational and communication skills
