Your impact
- Ensure accounting – reliably manage accounts payable and receivable as well as keep an eye on invoicing and dunning.
- Create transparency – prepare controlling, monthly reporting, and finance-related evaluations to provide sound decision-making bases.
- Ensure quality – carefully check expenses, time tracking, and other finance-related processes as well as ensure deputising in the payroll area.
- Develop processes – identify optimisation potential, develop solutions, and actively implement improvements and internal projects.
Your skill set
- Solid financial foundation – you have a commercial education and/or further training in finance and accounting.
- Practical experience in accounting – you are very familiar with accounts payable and receivable. Experience in payroll and knowledge of Abacus are advantageous.
- Quality and service orientation – you work precisely, reliably, and independently and enjoy being the internal contact person for financial matters.
- Affinity for digitalisation and processes – you are open to new technologies and digital solutions, recognise improvement potential, and enjoy actively shaping processes and digitalisation projects.
- Strong communication skills – you communicate clearly, carefully, and appropriately for the audience and have very good German language skills, both spoken and written.
